TOUGH IS THE JOB MARKET TODAY.

The reason many young people are struggling with issues like depression linger around the following facts. Young people spend a lot of time and so much effort trying to get an education.

Financial constraints and the mental strength to write academically certifiable research papers and exams. Right from childhood people are subjected to a system of constantly needing to prove themselves competent.

Only a few prove and the rest, are left flooded in the world looking for ways to survive.

The world its self is struggling with so many challenges including, world hunger, disease and environmental degradation and yet only few are hired. The reality is there is a lot of work to do and there so many people who need work and yet only a few opportunities available.

If we are to tackle one issue for example environmental degradation, you’ll realize, you’ll need hundreds or thousands of people to deal with this issue however, people won’t even think to step up because there is no compensation.

Even if they did, the hungry politicians will sabotage as. In today’s world, suffering and pain is such a valuable commodity. The more unemployed people, the more justification for funds and investments into start up.

The start up projects alone can only support a few leaving 1000s helpless and in a struggle.
