Those prayers are the kind you utter in a moment of desperation, yet they’re often the ones God answers quickly and decisively. Now, here I am at Inspired Leaders International, working under a leader whose vision is clear and whose character inspires. I’m not earning anything yet, but the joy of going to work is beyond measure.
This leader doesn’t impose the kind of crushing pressure or insecurity that breaks people. His heart is kind and genuine. I feel compelled to go to the office and give my best without hesitation. Although I’m young, he treats me with respect and integrity. There’s no manipulation, no hidden agenda—just an authentic concern for my well-being and that of the people close to me. Linda, the General Administrator, mirrors this same ethos of care and understanding.
Yes, I need money. Yes, I have bills to pay. But the discipline and passion I’ve discovered here are unmatched. It’s a secure and nurturing environment. I know others have come and gone for various reasons, but after what I’ve been through, I’ve realized this is what leadership should feel like.
He’s the kind of leader who values people over productivity. If I need to be home for any reason, he understands. If work demands more time, he’ll speak to my spouse himself to explain. There’s no need to lie or hide to attend to personal matters—it’s a workplace built on trust and mutual respect.
This is my dream workplace. His vision deserves the best of my skills, and I’m committed to building it. He deserves a platform in the marketplace, a legacy that will live on. It’s my prayer that this vision continues to grow and flourish.
The peace I’ve found here? I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
